UK Shipping

  • UK orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail
  • We offer standard + express options
  • We aim to ship within 2 working days of your order being placed

International shipping

  • We aim to fullfill all orders within 2 working days
  • You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has shipped, if you can't locate this email please check your junk
  • International orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail and its carrier partners. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks
  • We currently offer DHL EXPRESS shipping to the USA, Canada and Australia and are working to expand this. This service delivers within 2-3 working days
  • The customer is responsible for any customs charges associated with their order.

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange your order, head over to our returns portal. This is for UK customers only, if you're an international customer, please contact us via email on hello@isabellavrana.co.uk

We like to encourage thoughtful buying and hope you take careful consideration before purchasing with us, as returns and exchanges have a negative impact on our environment. We do have a store in London where you can shop & try on in-person. However, we understand that sometimes an item isn't right and we can arrange an exchange or return under the following conditions:

  • 14 days of delivery - just email us within this period to be eligible.
  • Sale/discounted items are final (excluding bundles such as the slinky capri offer)
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Exchanges

  • No handling fee applies

Returns

  • £5 handling fee for orders of a value of £300 or less applies, deducted from the final refund. For orders over £300, we charge a £10 handling fee.
  • International customers are responsible for covering return shipping + any import taxes due on the returned product

We aim to process returned parcels within 10 working days of receiving them at our studio.

Faulty items

Everything we ship out is hand checked by us in our studio. We always strive for a high standard of quality for our pieces, however occasionally some things fall through the cracks and we would always rather know.

We are happy to resolve any quality issues you may have, please report any faulty items on our returns portal with some details + photos and we will deal with your request there.
